Information on the processing of personal data

The data are collected to provide a service, to execute a contract, to respond to a request or following a spontaneous user contribution. The conferment is optional. Failure to provide will prevent or limit the provision of the service or the execution of the contract with the interested party. The navigation data relating to the IP address, the date and time of access, the requested URL are also collected anonymously. These data are collected for statistical purposes, to check the correct functioning of the services, for security reasons and to comply with current legislation. These data are not transmitted to third parties.
3. Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be disclosed to third parties for the purposes of processing.
4. Conservation
Personal data is kept for an unlimited period of time, at the discretion of the Owner. Where applicable, they are in any case kept for the minimum period required by law.
The access routes are kept for 6 months.
5. Rights of the interested party
The interested party has the right to ask the Owner to access his / her personal data, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing or to oppose processing, data portability. These requests will have followed to the extent that they do not conflict with the legislation.
